From Google Review: Susan has excellent active listening skills and expertly helped me work through situations without telling me what I should do. She asked pertinent questions, reiterated my answers verbally and in writing. She helped me discover coping skills and how to utilize them effectively. I always felt safe and heard. Susan maintained a therapeutic relationship in a non-judgemental respectful manner throughout the year + that I saw her on a weekly basis. I looked forward to our appointments because I usually felt that I had made progress. Susan is unassuming, without a preconceived agenda of what she thinks I “should” be experiencing. She respects the individual without comparison to others and without bringing her own agenda/thoughts/assumptions to the table. - L.C. Kelowna, BC
